Joanna Rallo grew up in the Chicagoland area. With more than 12 years of purchasing experience for a major corporation and being an investor and manager of rental properties her communication and negotiation skills were sharpened and she felt that would add value to her real estate services. Joanna has been a Realtor with Neuhaus Real Estate, Inc. for almost six years. She is currently certified as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert(MCNE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource(SFR), Pricing Strategy Advisor(PSA), e-PRO(Advanced Real Estate Technologies) and Green Designee(Efficiency and Sustainability).

The vision of the Berthoud Young Professionals is to foster an environment where young professionals who are either ages 21-39 (or young at heart) are energized, engaged and empowered to continue leadership, progress, and growth into the local community and create a lasting legacy.

Help us continue to build the Berthoud Young Professionals into something great. We are currently meeting on the 2^nd Thursday each month at City Star at 5:30 pm. This is for Berthoud Chamber members, but guests can visit one time. We are looking for quarterly speakers that will have 15-20 minutes to address the group with young professional topics.
