Berthoud is experiencing growth throughout the community and is seen as a desirable place to live, work and do business. Come to this informative and interactive presentation, by Berthoud’s Business Development Manager, to hear how and why Berthoud is currently seen as one of the most desirable locations in NoCo. Learn about our development activity over the past year and our activity and goals for 2018. Information will be presented on the development taking place along U.S. 287, I-25, and the 1st Street corridor. Finally, local and regional demographic trends and challenges will be presented. There will be ample time to ask plenty of questions.
