Berthoud Parade of Lights & Tree Lighting

Immerse yourself in the charm of Berthoud’s historic downtown while enjoying our Annual Lighted Christmas Parade, where Santa’s grand entrance is followed by a delightful tree lighting ceremony at Fickel Park. 
Enjoy Christmas carols sung by the Berthoud High School show choir, hot cocoa from the Berthoud Historical Society, and experience the magic of the season with the tree lighting ceremony.
Event Timeline

4:30 PM- PARADE LINE UP
The parade float line up is on Second Street.
5:00 PM- PARADE START
The parade will travel along Mountain Ave. in downtown Berthoud, commencing at Second Street and concluding at Eighth Street.
5:45 PM-TREE LIGHTING & CAROLING
The tree lighting ceremony and caroling will occur at Fickel Park, situated between Sixth and Seventh Street on Mountain Ave.
6:00 PM-EXPLORE DOWNTOWN
Warm up after the outdoor festivities and enjoy holiday specials inside downtown shops and restaurants.
