We will then discuss the process of 'on boarding' new customers and providing exceptional customer service thereafter. Ultimately, you will learn to think outside of the box for ways to reach out to, nurture and retain your current and future customer base. Whether an owner, manager or employee this presentation will teach you the art of exceptional customer service.
Carrie Thompson has lived in Northern Colorado since 1976. She is Vice President of her families business, BES - Business Equipment Sales, Solutions and Service. BES was born in 2004 and continues to serve their customers from Parker to Fort Collins, East to Greeley and all areas in-between. Carrie handles the company's Marketing, Networking, Charitable Giving and Human Resources. Prior to re-joining the family business in 2016, Carrie spent twelve years in Volunteer Management. She also led over 1300 volunteers per year for several years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Colorado and has written and presented many workshops on various topics over the years. In her private time, she is a singer-songwriter for over 40 years and a Snow Sculptor having sculpted her first of six pieces in Berthoud, Colorado in 2016. Her Standard Poodle Jester is her loving companion.
