Job Fair Berthoud HS

Thompson School District and the Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce are partnering to host a job fair for students at Berthoud High School.  This is an opportunity for your business or organization to connect with BHS students to share your business and any opportunities you have for current students or upcoming graduates to work, volunteer, intern, shadow, or otherwise gain experience and knowledge about the career paths within your organization/industry.  
 

• When:  Tuesday, April 30th
• Berthoud High School - 850 Spartan Ave, Berthoud
• Schedule:
  • 9:00am to 9:45am - Set-up
  • 9:45am to 10:55am - Students visit booths
  • 10:55am to 11:15am - clean-up

• Job Fair Booth Details:
• STUDENT ATTENDEES:  This event is primarily geared towards Juniors and Seniors, with some Sophomores and Freshmen also attending.  There are approximately 320 juniors and seniors at BHS, although not all of them may attend the event. If you are planning to bring swag or other giveaways, you do not need to bring 320 items.  
• BOOTH SET-UP: Your booth will consist of 1 six-foot table and two chairs.  Electricity and wall space for hanging diagrams/posters is available by request through this form. You need to provide your own extension cord if you request electricity.
• BRING: Bring information about the opportunities for students that you're recruiting for - flyers, job descriptions, QR codes or instructions for applying.  We encourage you to not only bring job descriptions but to also bring items that students can touch or look at: tools of your trade, equipment, models, flyers, posters, etc.  You are welcome to bring giveaways or candy, but it is not required.
