Join us on Sunday, September 26th for ‘Puppy Mill Awareness Day’ at Fickel Park in downtown Berthoud, CO from 11am-5pm. This dog and family friendly festival will feature awareness booths, vendors, music, food trucks, speakers, adoptable rescue dogs, a Blessing of the Animals, Town of Berthoud Proclamation, a Doggie Flea Market, contests,, a Puppy Mill Survivor/Rescue Dog Parade, and much more! Puppy Mill Awareness Day is FREE to attend. Leashed, well-mannered dogs are welcome! Feel free to bring a chair or picnic blanket. The event will be hosted by Berthoud based nonprofit organization Harley’s Dream, established in 2016 to create awareness and educate the public about the commercial dog breeding industry, also known as puppy mills.
