About Stephanie 
As a Partner with Mongo Benefits, an Independent Insurance and Human Resource agency located in Northern Colorado, Stephanie brings over 15 years of combined experience to the industry and her clients. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Business Management from Colorado Technical University.

Professionally, Stephanie holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Colorado Insurance All Lines License. She is also an active member of industry-leading organizations such as the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), Professional Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC), and The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie is deeply committed to community involvement. She has served as an Ambassador with the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce, joining its Board of Directors in 2023. Additionally, she has volunteered at Berthoud and Loveland Meals on Wheels, House of Neighborly Service, and has previously served on the Board of Directors for Child Safe.
She currently resides in Berthoud, Colorado, with her husband, two children, and their three dogs.  She enjoys outdoor activities and traveling to new destinations whenever possible.

Kenny and Ava are originally from the east coast but are exceedingly proud to call Colorado their home for the past 5 years. Kenny spent much of his professional career creating FinTech software to help Americans make informed financial decisions. In his spare time, he loves to mountain bike, snowboard, play tennis, and throw frisbees to their energetic dog, Luna. Ava has been working in the hospitality field for over a decade where she has had the opportunity to create the best experience possible for her guests. She is also a professional dancer and has taught children at multiple studios for over 15 years. 
 
Kenny and Ava fell in love with Berthoud and opened The Learning Experience to bring a premier childcare center to the town. Together, they aim to shape the future of Berthoud by teaching their little learners through The Learning Experience’s robust curriculum. The preschool implements fun, play-based activities throughout early education to help children develop intellectually, socially and cognitively. Kenny and Ava are proud to be a family-owned center and can’t wait to meet more families within the Berthoud community!

  • 9:45am to 10:55am - Students visit booths
  • 10:55am to 11:15am - clean-up

• Job Fair Booth Details:
• STUDENT ATTENDEES:  This event is primarily geared towards Juniors and Seniors, with some Sophomores and Freshmen also attending.  There are approximately 320 juniors and seniors at BHS, although not all of them may attend the event. If you are planning to bring swag or other giveaways, you do not need to bring 320 items.  
• BOOTH SET-UP: Your booth will consist of 1 six-foot table and two chairs.  Electricity and wall space for hanging diagrams/posters is available by request through this form. You need to provide your own extension cord if you request electricity.
• BRING: Bring information about the opportunities for students that you're recruiting for - flyers, job descriptions, QR codes or instructions for applying.  We encourage you to not only bring job descriptions but to also bring items that students can touch or look at: tools of your trade, equipment, models, flyers, posters, etc.  You are welcome to bring giveaways or candy, but it is not required.    

Lemonade Day - a Berthoud Community Event - is set for Saturday, May 11, 2024.
Lemonade Day is a free, fun, experiential learning program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their own business -  a lemonade stand!
