Michael Durante

I have been a Berthoud resident since 2015, and grew up in neighboring communities. I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), with nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. From digging a foundations with heavy machinery to fabricating and installing the finishing trim work and everything in between, I've worked in all the fields. Thanks to this hands on, in the field experience, I know my way around a house quite well to say the least. My first priority in any inspection is my client. Purchasing a home is the biggest investment most will ever make in their lifetime. Making sure my clients fully understand what they are buying and the condition it is in is of the utmost importance. I am also certified by the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) and licensed by the state of Colorado to conduct radon testing.
