Established in 1989, Thompson Education Foundation is the nonprofit support organization for Thompson School District. The foundation holds a collection of funds that supports programs and activities within the district including music, art, science, assistance for unhoused youth, educator appreciation, the Help Kids Succeed school supply program, the Scheer Student Opportunity Fund, the Student Athlete Fund, Project Prom Colorado and scholarships. TEF is led by a board comprised of business leaders and community members who keep student experiences as the guiding principle for the foundation's work.
